Insurance

We accept most major insurance companies, including DSHS and Molina. All insurance plans are different and we encourage calling the insurance company to verify eligibility of the child before the initial visit. Plans like Molina or other HMOP networks require you to list our practice or David Springer, MD as your primary care provider. Molina patients cannot be seen at all if we are not listed as your primary care provider.

Billing

Our insurance billing is done outside the office by H & H Medical Billing Inc. All questions regarding a bill should be first directed to them. They can be reached by phone at 877-338-2970 or by email at HHmedical1@comcast.net

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24hr cancellation policy. All late cancellations and no show visits will be charged $15 for sick visits and $25 for well child checks.
