We urge parents to call whenever concerning questions arise. We view phone calls as educational extensions of office visits. Calls will usually be handled by the clinic Registered Nurse unless a provider’s input is required. Phone conversations may be used to solve a specific health concern or to decide whether a child requires an office visit.

Afterhours Triage Service

If you are our patient and have an urgent question or concern after business hours you can call the After Hours Triage Service. They are a group of experienced pediatric nurses, paid by our office, to provide nighttime and weekend advice. Their hours are from 5pm to 8am, and available all day every weekend and major holidays when our office is closed.
